New patient psychiatric evaluation

A 90-minute first visit. Full history, current concerns, validated screening tools, and a written plan you take home — not a prescription pad on day one.
What is included
- Full psychiatric, medical, and family history
- Screening for mood, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sleep
- Review of current and past medications
- Written initial assessment and care plan

Medication management

Thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing. We start low, listen carefully, and re-evaluate at every visit. Pharmacogenomic testing available where it adds value.
What is included
- Initial regimen selection
- Dose titration and side-effect review
- Periodic deprescribing reviews
- Stimulant prescribing with quarterly check-ins
- Coordination with primary care and pharmacy

Brief therapy & integrated care
PRICE

When it is useful, brief focused therapy is offered alongside medication. When more is needed, you are referred to a trusted therapist in our network — and we stay in the loop.
What is included
- CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing approaches
- Brief, goal-focused therapy (6–12 sessions)
- Coordinated referrals to our therapist network
- Closed-loop communication with outside providers
§04
Ongoing follow-up & telehealth
PRICE
From $140
Once you are stable, follow-ups can be monthly or quarterly, in person or by video. Refills are routine — not an emergency. You can message your clinician between visits.
What is included
- In-person or video visits, your choice
- Same-week rescheduling
- Secure patient portal with messaging
- Annual comprehensive review at month 12
