§01
You see the same clinician every visit. Notes carry forward. Care follows you, not the other way around.
§02
Standard visits are 50 minutes — long enough to actually understand what is going on before adjusting medication.
§03
We avoid jargon. Every plan is written so you understand the why, not just the what — and you keep a copy.
A 90-minute first visit. Full history, current concerns, screening, and a plan you take home — not a prescription pad on day one.
Thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing. Genetic testing where relevant. Always reviewed against the lowest effective dose.
Brief, focused therapy alongside medication — or a referral to a trusted therapist in our network. You will not be sent to navigate it alone.
Once you are stable, follow-ups can be monthly or quarterly, in person or by video. Refills are never an emergency.
